Our Law Firm was founded in 1974 by Odilón Fernández in the city of Resistencia, Chaco, expanding its activities in 1994 to the city of Buenos Aires.

Our labor law department has extensive experience in handling labor and union disputes.
We have two clearly delimited areas; one oriented to corporate advice and one that is dedicated to the defense of the worker’s interest.
Civil Law:
The lawyers that make up this department have extensive knowledge and experience in advising on matters relating to civil law in general, such as obligations and contracts, and in particular in relation to the legal and property regime of the family.
We also have an exclusive division of assistance for traffic accidents.
